Ingredients :

For the cookie dough :
- 130g self-raising flour
- 110g butter, softened
- 110g creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of chocolate chips + extra for scattering
- 1/2 cup rolled oats

For the cheese filling :
- 250g cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup caster sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
