Kek Span Coklat
-5 biji telur
-125 gm gula kastor [ aku letak 70gm ]
-1 sudu kecil esen vanila
-15 gm ovelette
-40 ml air [ ganti susu cair ]
-100 gm tepung gandum ~ diayak [ ganti tepung kek ]
-20 gm serbuk koko ~ diayak
-1 sudu kecil serbuk penaik (baking powder)
-70 gm mentega ~ dicairkan

Bahan Ganache Coklat
-150 ml krim tenusu
-20 gm sirap glukos
-260 gm coklat gelap ~ hiris halus
-20 gm butter
-1 sudu teh esen vanilla
-1 sudu makan paste almond atau 1 sudu makan Nutella ~ jika suka
-1 sudu teh paste orange atau orange Sunquick ~ jika suka

Mousse Chocolate
-250 gm Krim Putar Bukan Tenusu Non Dairy Whipping Cream
-3 biji kuning telur
-80 gm gula aising [ aku letak 30gm ]
-120 gm mentega tanpa garam
-6 gm halal gelatin
-30 ml air
-120 gm coklat gelap
